Express Shipping – Available for orders over €80.

Estimated Delivery Times

Europe: 3–10 business days

Rest of the World: 7–14 business days
Please note: delivery may be delayed up to 30 days due to customs processing or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Processing Time
All items are handmade. Order processing takes between 3 and 10 business days before dispatch.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us with the relevant order and tracking information. We will file an official claim with the postal service and keep you informed of the investigation status.

Returns Related to Shipping
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
